The Ajambow®, which is modelled on the shape of an African indigenous bow, is particularly suitable for training the deep muscles in the back, neck and shoulders. It is also ideal for fascia training and for physiotherapy or rehabilitation applications. In combination with our choreographies and rhythmic music, these health effects can be achieved with ease.

The Ajambow® is made entirely in Germany from a sustainable material.

The Ajambow® has a length of 110 cm and should be filled with water to achieve the effects described above. The water can remain in the Ajambow® for an unlimited period of time without any health-threatening restrictions. 

The health effects have been proven in co-operation with the Faculty of Sports Science, Department of Sports Biomechanics at the University of Leipzig.
